The Earth-Quake Brace and Bolt program was started in 2014 by the Californian Residential Mitigation Program, a joint power operation between the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (OES) and the California Earthquake Authority (CEA). These joint organizations developed this program to help homeowners lessen the risk for potential damage to their home during an earthquake. Seismic Safety is proud to be a part of this task in helping make homes safer and we are also excited to be participating in this program for its 4th year.
